Meet Nikki
Nikki has been in the bookkeeping and accounting industry for over 11 years. She is a graduate of Financial Management Accounting and a Xero Certified Advisor, with experience working for accounting and bookkeeping firms in Australia.
Her journey began with hands-on bookkeeping and accounting work, where she developed a strong passion for helping business owners understand and manage their numbers with confidence. Over the years, that passion also grew into teaching, training, and mentoring others who want to build a career in bookkeeping.
In 2020, Nikki built her own team and established NCP Bookkeeping. Through the business, she created a structured training system that gives opportunities to aspiring and startup bookkeepers who are eager to learn, grow, and gain real bookkeeping experience.
Today, NCP Bookkeeping serves businesses with reliable bookkeeping, payroll, BAS support, Xero assistance, financial reporting, and ongoing business support — while continuing to develop skilled bookkeepers who deliver quality service with care and professionalism.
